We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Broker/Manager to lead our Bavaro office, drive sales growth, and mentor a team of top-performing agents in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Agent Recruitment & Performance Management
Recruit, train, and retain high-performing realtors, both locally and domestically.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize agent productivity and sales performance.
Conduct regular training sessions on real estate sales, pre-construction investments, and lead conversion.
2. Sales & Business Growth
Lead the sales strategy for pre-construction projects, resale properties, and vacation home investments.
Assist agents in closing deals, negotiations, and investor relations.
Set sales targets and ensure agents meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Marketing & Lead Generation Oversight
Work closely with the marketing team to drive digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Instagram promotions).
Ensure leads from Follow Up Boss CRM are effectively nurtured via SMS, email drip campaigns, and WhatsApp.
Develop strategies to attract high-net-worth investors from North America.
4. Compliance & Transaction Management
Ensure all transactions comply with Dominican real estate laws and RE/MAX policies.
Oversee contract preparation, review, and client documentation to minimize legal risks.
5. Office Operations & Administration
Manage the day-to-day operations of our Los Corales office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
Oversee administrative staff and transaction coordinators.
Maintain a positive and energetic office culture that fosters teamwork and success.
6. Client & Developer Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers such as Noval, Gesprion, and Entorno Group.
Represent RE/MAX Paradise at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Work closely with international buyers, guiding them through the purchasing process in the Dominican Republic.
Who You Are
Experienced & Results-Driven: Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate management, preferably with international and Dominican Republic market experience.
Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish & English (French is a plus).
Sales-Oriented: Strong negotiation and closing skills, especially in pre-construction and vacation home investments.
Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM systems like Follow Up Boss and digital marketing strategies for real estate.
Leader & Mentor: Passionate about coaching agents to success and driving a high-performance team culture.
Connected in the Industry: Established relationships with developers, brokers, and key players in the real estate market.
Strategic & Growth-Focused: Able to scale the business, recruit top talent, and expand RE/MAX Paradise market presence.
